Working principle
The working principle of the modification machine
The powder raw material is sent to the atomization chamber above the host through the feeding and conveying system. During the conveying process, the powder is heated and dried by a specially designed heating device on the feeding conveyor. At the same time, the solid modifier is also heated and melted to a liquid state in a dedicated heating container, and then sent to the atomization chamber through the conveying pipeline.
There are two sets of nozzles in the atomization chamber, one of which has four nozzles distributed in different positions on the wall of the atomization chamber. Its function is to blow the powder material sent by the conveying system into a mist. At this point, the raw materials and modifier form a mist. Due to the effect of two sets of nozzles spraying airflow from different directions, it can be fully mixed and enter the main engine.
The host is composed of a high-speed rotating spindle, stirring rod, impact hammer, etc. The atomized material entering the host is subjected to impact, friction, shear and other effects under the high-speed stirring of the stirring rod, which enables the powder particles to fully contact and mix with the modifier. At this time, the powder material is fully coated and modified.
